Hello Sean, just catching up,,,,your chassis is looking nice, how much weight did the galvanizing add,? as i didn't see too many drain holes..
almost a shame to paint over the chassis, that was a tough call to make i bet..
are you keeping a time log? .

I didn't read it all but will later.
There was a web page, maybe 2000ish that was about some bloke making a cnc plama cutter. as i clicked to the next page of his site I came
to a page about making a new chassis for his landy. It was titled something like frankenrover.
