Landrover 101 project

Tell us about any of your non-Land Rover projects here. These may be military or non-military, motorbikes, cars, lorries, planes etc. It's interesting to see what others have in their collections and what they are working on besides their Land Rover(s).

12 volt truck started and running for the first time in 24 years ! Cannot beat the sound of the V8 ! Have posted a video with sound on my facebook page . Rear tub finished and ready to go back on . Need to finishes steering box overhaul have wrecked two top bearings already as they are so tight fitting on the inner shaft .

Looking really smart Martin. When do you think it will be able to be driven?

Well 12v truck now starts , stops and drives under its own power , Brakes and brake pipes all replaced ,all cylinders including master were seized solid so had to be replaced . Clutch master and slave cylinders were in much better shape so only needed resealing . Rear tub floor was replaced as countless ammo boxes being thrown in had taken it toll . New winch cable ready to fit , all lights now working so getting nearer the finish line !
