Well I finally finished it.

Thanks boys, at the moment work has stopped due to the gazebo over the chassis getting a pasting from the wind, I've now ordered a better, stronger item. And thanks again.

The Galvanizing has blocked the four threaded holes for the steering relay securing ring, I'm not sure of what size tap I will need, I was brought up with metric so this is a massive learning curve for me.

Hi Gordon, I spray pianted the engine, it gave a better coverage. But she has got the job of painting the sump (black).

Hi Del, last time I looked up on a price on a new chassis it was £1800 delivered, so about 1300 quid.

Ok, I'll keep it going, there is still loads to do yet. I'll be fitting LPG to it, the same system I fitted to the lightweight, and a stainless exhaust system, LPG produces a lot of water and this rots the mild steel exhaust.
