Trailer socket
Trailer socket
My lightweight 2A has a towing hitch but no electrics. What is the correct fitting to put onto my vehicle. I want to get a military trailer for it.
Re: Trailer socket
Hi Martin,
You will require Part No 560483, or PRC3222, for the Socket, and Part No 560656 for the rubber cover. Have a search as prices do vary and most 'new' sockets out there are pattern parts. I picked up a very good condition genuine one from a box of many at a show for £20. Most 'take-offs' at the shows are later Defender items, but only need the mounting plate removing to fit the Lightweight.
Regards,
