1969 2A lights

Post by martinN » Sat Jan 16, 2021 5:34 pm

I have a series 2A lightweight 1969. Would it have the lights mounted in the radiator panels or out on the wings. Currently they are on the wings, but it has been rebuilt on a galvanised chassis. Would like to put it back to original.

Hi,
as far as I know - they should be mounted in the radiator panel.

It's supposed to look like that, it's crochet...

According to the half ton landrover book the move to headlights in the wings of 2a,s happened late 1970 before the switch to series 3 production in 1971
