I think that The Paintman is the only place that does repro doors for the Lightweight since SP4x4 stopped doing them. They do the 'early' and 'late' style of doors and have the slam type and anti-burst type of door locks to suit. It's been a while since I bought some for my Lightweight, but Craddocks were the cheapest for the hinges outside of ebay when I got mine.

If you have the Military registration of the vehicle and let us know it, we can possibly point you to the right place to get a copy of the vehicle's service history information.

I sent off registration from the military vin plates and received the history of my ex-Army 2A from the Royal Logistics Corps depot, and later RAF Lightweight from the RAF Museum Hendon. Contact details are online.
