Adjusting a Zenith Carb

May be a daft question but what’s the process for setting up a Zenith 36 carb from scratch please? Bit of background: I am in the final stages of restoring my series 3(2.5 years later!). It starts but then stops. Have refurbed carb so it is not set up - amazed it even starts! Any help would be great. Thanks
