Phil if you enter 45FL65, like that with no gaps, on here https://www.rlcarchive.org/VehicleSrch

It shows they hold a scan of your B Vehicle Data Card (for a fee)

I think the Struck off census 26/9/93 date is wrong as 95100032A was sold at ADT Blackbushe 25 10 1990
