Paint
Re: Paint
My 2a Lightweight is the normal for time, being finished in deep bronze green BS381C, paint code 224.
Should be able to track correct paint online using code.
Was going to do this myself, but decided to leave in original faded paintwork and peeling markings.
Like to keep its genuine aged look - or maybe just being mean, I am a Scotsman!

Re: Paint
I’m using deep bronze green synthetic coach enamel from Paint Man (www.paintman.co.uk) for my series 3.
I’m novice when it comes to spraying but have had some excellent results with it, and a few not so good ones...
The colour is seems a close match to the original paint I have found on the vehicle, and it is a high gloss that can be cut back with T Cut after a few weeks.
However, I haven’t tried any other top coats to compare it with.
Cheers,
Pete
