Hardtop lightweight

Back again, slower progress in the cold, but ive been busy indoors!
This is not how LR intended their LWT so don't read on if you are easy offended.
Iam using my lightweight as a truck cab at present, but the load bay neede some
protect, well iam got carried away.
Ive made a canvas cover over the load bay and bench seats, just thought it might
brighten someones day.

Hi all.
Been squirreling away again, tailgates this time.
I fitted a series tailgate because i could get one easily.
Lucky last year i got an old split tailgate from a yard in Yorkshire, they used to have dozens but
this was the last compllete one, guess its sign of times.
Naturally ive modified the original ideas with a number plate mount that will actually fit a modern
number plate, and drop down to be seen when gate us down.Still needs a couple if split pins and
some chains and pig tails.
Anyway heres some pictures for your amusement.

Back again, bit more progress, pioneer kit brackets sorted on tailgate,
Taken a bit of effort to get right age of shovel and pickaxe, started with some
infantry items, funny how little they were!
But Ive had to make all the brackets, still got to get straps right though.

Lightwieght has been through a couple of iteration over lastfew months.
