Was out for a little spin yesterday and lost my clutch pedal - suspect the slave cylinder or a leak down that end of things as the reservoir was empty - didn't look to be coming from the master cylinder area. At least I was not far from home so no major drama. I guess had I not had a bad back Overlord weekend this would have happened on the way there instead so hey ho.

I was hoping to get to Capel having missed Overlord, but that now looks in jeopardy. Hopefully I'll be fixed up by W&P as I definitely don't want to miss that!

More than likely a slave cylinder..fairly cheap to replace and not so much of a loss if it's not the problem.then..try gravity bleed...release the cap on the clutch master cylinder ...open the bleeder on the Slave...if the fluid is old then let it all flow through as you replenish with new...shut off the bleed..that gh ten cap and depress pedal ...report back.

Hiya Fred
No, I'm not selling LWT or any other vehicles. Iv not been too well recently and in and outa hospital so no driving much and no events so vehicles all tidy clean and containerised. I also don't have a house for the past 6 months as sold in December and 3 others have fallen through but only this week have secured another and so hopefully now can get some kind of routine back. When I get the keys although it's in a mess and belonged to the Church of Scotland ' the manse ' LWT and gear will stay in storage till I'm ready to show again.
