That'll be me then. Would be happy to share my B card - if I could get hold if it - it seems to be very hard to get any history on these RN vehicles from what I can tell.

Why are you interested out of interest?

I assumed you had it as you knew it was an ex-Royal Marine vehicle.

I wanted to see if it was allocated to the Royal Marines, a base or a ship so that I can compare it to mine which is this one.

After speaking to the ships driver of HMS Hermes he thinks that mine was allocate to the Royal Marines even though it was actually listed on the Data card as being attached to a ship.

I 'may' at some point (but I make no promises as it won't be soon) in the future be able to get hold of a copy of your data-card if it still exists, I have just received an open invitation to where they are stored and been granted access to the 6 boxes they are stored in.

If you don't have the data card how do you know it was Royal Marines?

I assume yours is an S3, does it have an S3 or S2A vent panel?

That would be great if you were able to get hold of a copy of the card - I'd love to see what the history was. I must admit I've assumed it was Royal Marines based on the fact it was painted green and black when it was de-mobbed and from what I understand the majority of RN lightweights went to the Marines.

Good to see your card - thanks.

Yeah, mine's an S3 and as far as I'm aware it has an S3 vent panel.
