Engine running rough, noise, dark smoke??

good evening, would really appreciate some advice please, this is my first petrol land Rover which I purchased 3 weeks ago and started up for the first time this morning. Since buying it I found a video of a dealer selling it 4 years ago when he mentioned that the tappets were a bit noisy under load and thinking about it when i put my foot down at higher speeds they were a bit noisy on the test drive. This video is about 5 mins after starting with the choke in. Well tappet adjustment is easy enough so I would start there and it looks and sounds to be running a bit rich to me.
