Looking for a up and running 200TDI Lightweight , anything about ?
Early days, but regretfully I have just started thinking of selling my Disco powered lightweight. The first stab at the details below, though I haven't got around to taking any photos yet or even decided to make the break as I'm still very fond of the old girl !

1973 Lightweight Series 111 Land Rover.
With a galvanised chassis and diesel Discovery engine with overdrive, this lightweight is a very useful and reliable tax and M.O.T. exempt vehicle.
It is maintained to M.O.T. standard by a local Land Rover specialist garage and only run two or three times a week for short local journeys.
Inertia reel seatbelts are fitted under the almost ‘as new’ canvas.
The vehicle comes with easily a £1000 worth of spares (see photos) which include a new fuel tank, drive shafts, new pick & shovel and gallons of the correct spec paint plus much much more. Also included will be a large stack of manuals and spare parts catalogues.
As with any Land Rover of this age there will always room to improve. BMI Heritage Trust certified, this rare vehicle comes with everything and more that could be wished for an enthusiast with basic knowledge to bring up to concours condition.
