Hello from Suffolk and France

Hi to all,

I have just bought, after many years of talking about it, a lightweight. Mine is very light in that it is about 50% complete and needs some real love and attention before I ship it off to the mountains to act as my play thing in France in a couple of years time. I have photos but they only go to show how fool hardy I might have just been, but hey! you only live once and it does have a V8 fitted!

So I am going to be relying on you guys for support and advice in the coming months. Therefore, thank you in advance!

Cheers

Stuart

Hi Stuart,

I'm sure there's more bits than that on my V8 Lightweight.

Welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy your time on here, and don't be afraid to ask questions if you need too. Good luck with the rebuild, enjoy it and please keep us all updated with your progress.

Regards,

Welcome - I think you're at a quarter ton there, rather than a half ton :D

Hello and welcome, looks like some long fun days ahead. At least you found the right place to ask questions.
