Incidentally JSP 341 is not the sticker reference, it is quoting the authority for the instruction found in JSP 341 Joint Service Road Transport Regulations.

Mine are original fluorescent yellow with kph, no mph, never come across the red and black ones. I've had them since the early 90's, have got 5 plus a sheet of speed limit stickers which are in red.
Not going to supply for copying.
