Late windscreen washer jets

Post by Ridgy » Sun Aug 20, 2023 10:16 am

Morning all.

Wonder if anyone can help out please? I'm struggling to find a replacement in the usual places. Mine are plastic, bonnet mounted and don't look like the sorts I'm seeing for sale and I couldn't find a picture in the IPC. Blanchards list a lightweight one but there's no picture.

All I can see on ebay are the long type which fit on the bulkhead or the chrome S2 civvy ones.

Usual safety pin puggle hasn't worked but will remove it and try welding nozzle cleaners before resorting to replacement.

Thanks in advance

Steve

Brilliant! Thank you.

I did manage to de-clag mine this morning - persistent work with the nozzle cleaners did the trick in the end.

Good morning,

Absolutely: available from Dingocroft.
I installed this model on my LWT and it targets the height of the jet towards the windshield.
Be careful not to overtighten its fixing, it is plastic but of beautiful construction.

Regards.

I used these,

But only because I got them for free from my previous employer.

Hi Neil,

Recommended trader with plenty of treasure at reasonable prices.
I acquired a lot of things there for my LWT.
