Anyone know what has happened to them? They have dissapeared off ebay and their website looks dead. Last I heard from them they were trying to refund me for those mudshields but ebay was having problems with the new system. Now they haven't returned by calls. Will keep trying.

Ebay showing excellent reviews untill last month when a load of negative reviews for items not received and poor communication, so looks like they were/are in trouble.

A shame if they have gone.

they left Ebay for a host of reasons but you can get them direct on their website. I used them a couple of days ago without any problems.

I bought some seatbox ends from them on fleebay early May and never heard anything from them even though I had contacted them to ask when I could expect them.
I opened a dispute through eBay, still no communication from them but waited the allotted time and eBay refunded me. When I started my dispute I noticed they were starting to get negative feedbacks so I added mine to the list.

Just found it annoying they let the customer down without any explanation. Noticed on their website today you can’t buy anything.

I too ordered some seat box ends and they didn't arrive, i did get in contact and they said HERMES was a nightmare. The lady i talked to was coming to Manchester to visit her family and personally brought another set to me at home. Cant fault their service.

was this the delivery they made in person or was it posted? I think you may have been lucky.

I received a last ebay message a few weeks ago that they would refund my bank as they had problems with ebay, but never heard from them again. The website had all its live stock pulled some time last week. The phone is diverting to a mobile and the mobile's message box is full. I had no response to my messages left.

I won't speculate on what has happened but they have gone as far as I can tell.

It was posted but never arrived, I rang to ask about the delivery and the girl on the phone said they were having issues with the courier Hermes. the lady delivered it to me and the next day it also arrived by courier. I sent that one back to them.

Re lrpanelscom eBay.

I don’t know why Geoff has taken his post down. We are very open about our eBay problems. I’ve pulled everything while I addresss all outstanding issues but we won’t be back on eBay again. Our website will be back at the start of July.

If you’ve bought something from our eBay account I can’t see it or reply to you if you are messaging me. If you are having problems with eBay and their refund process contact me here and I’ll arrange a refund unless it’s something I can send straight away.

Sincere apologies to anyone who has had to wait and has been repeatedly ignored. We aren’t ignoring you. We just don’t know you are trying to contact us. It’s a situation we have no control over.

I've made contact with them through facebook messenger and found an email from them in my spam (bloody filters) so hopefully they are getting back to normal and will do the refund and be able to get their sales up and running again.
