...there is something very wrong with the way that front bumper is fixed on.
Hey, don't knock the bumper Graham.

It might fall off.

the bridge plate looks like a paint tin lid to me🤔.
That's my favourite part of the vehicle.

The bumper's not a LWT one, that's why. No cut-out to clear the wheels so they've had to teeter it on the very end of the chassis to stop it chaffing the tyres......

This is what he has to say about another of his "Lightweights" which is currently "under offer" "This rare and late example of a Lightweight retains lots of original features including the dash mounted heater unit, the correct instruments, switches and late model ignition lock. It features the “garden gate” double convoy front bumpers and the screw off sidelight lenses. The vehicle is 12 V, and has its original cross member with NATO hitch. Chassis number 24137853G designates one of the later model types before the transition to the less rare Series III Lightweight." Needless to say, the rear crossmember on this one is not from a Lightweight...

Have you seen the rare Sankey pickup he's got for over £9000, it's a LWB with a truck cab with a Sankey tub bolted on the back😂😂😂.

I just do not know what to say, I thought mine was unloved, and in need of a little TLC, but that................................speechless.

For anyone on Facebook, search for Land Rover lightweight on marketplace, the same seller has, according to him, a rare arctic white lightweight” that’s in even worse condition!
