Hi Brian,

Good start there to 2018.

Do you dunk your Panetonne as it can be a bit dry?

Rgds,
Gordon

I am now officially on the soup-and-sod-all-else diet, so please enjoy that on my behalf

Isn't that a fattening diet Andy referring to the sod-all-else diet. I mean it sounds great, but experience says snacking because of the hunger pangs over rides all common sense. As my wife says a balanced diet is a cup cake in both hands.

Well Mrs W managed to loose over a kg in weight this last year by following that diet. Something about with her hands full she couldn't snack

Hi Gordon, of course you dunk it, especially in a nice frothy Mocca, or failing that, a hot creamy chocolate.
