Brought back memories of heading up in this Champ - many years ago - to former RAF Mormond Hill in north-east Scotland. Was a listening site mainly manned by Americans but with a Royal Signals contingent also on the hilltop. A wild and freezing place, with wind and fog blowing in off the North Sea.
