Picked up a spare set of wings for the defender fleet, was told they were early 90/110 and they weren’t lying it wasn’t until I collected I notice they are fitted with the early FV type headlights :D X! as fitted to the lightweights, now comes time and effort to remove, clean, paint and fit to mine ...

Ah ok thanks Neil, guess it was a bit of a bitsa when they rebuilt it in 89, ah well price was too good not to go for it and once rebuilt will make a good spare.

Always a pleasure and great fun to use them as they were built for :D Picked up a spare engine today, have been told it’s a 5 bearing but I’ve not looked up engine numbers yet, it was removed from a S3 lightweight of RAF decent, going to be a while until I can strip it down and sort it out so a gene...
