Re: About the right time.

I like Walnuts too.

But pickled Walnuts?

Is that even a real thing?

Can't imagine them tasting too good.

Re: MOT rule changes

Hi,

It says 40 years from when it was registered or manufactured.

Mine has a 1970 build date and 1981 first registration date.

Anyone know if I will be ok for no MOT or whether I'll have to get something changed with the DVLA?

Or 3 battenburgs side by side 😁

Couldn't resist even if I hate the stuff myself.

Good to know your still on it.

Tbh, the time I'm taking to get started my ground up rebuild, you could probably take another two years and still be in time for my build.

If and when they're available I'll be having one.

Re: What have you done to or with your LWT today??

That's a lovely looking motor.

They do look well stripped down in the sun that's for sure.

I really need to source or have made one of those rails for inertia seat belts.

I think Rob was looking into getting them made but no word lately unless I've missed it.

I'm (NATO) green with envy.

Re: Wanted - Dash panel without the brake check hole.

Anyone?

Civvy and Lwt panels pressed the same?

If only the holes I might have a go at welding them up.

Re: Rattler's 2a civvy restoration project

Graham, Can I ask about the hard top? Never had one apart. The roof panel to lower panels seam, is there a discrete seal between or is the panel seam sealed with a liquid (silicone) type sealer? If a seal, are they readily available? Reason I'm asking is that I will be stripping mine down sometime s...
