Cheers Neil.
I'll give them a call too but similar money to the Richards chassis.
May end up being a coin toss unless i get some bad feedback for either option.

Re: 61 FK 61 (S2A) - The First Rebuild
Well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After all my good intentions, I got nothing done and the old girl has sat doing nothing but rust. I'm now in a position to think about resurrecting the rebuild. Once I get home from work I'll be looking to order a new galvanised chassis. (They've gone up a bit have ...

I like Walnuts too.
But pickled Walnuts?
Is that even a real thing?
Can't imagine them tasting too good.

Re: MOT rule changes
Hi,
It says 40 years from when it was registered or manufactured.
Mine has a 1970 build date and 1981 first registration date.
Anyone know if I will be ok for no MOT or whether I'll have to get something changed with the DVLA?
That's off the .gov site.

Good to know your still on it.
Tbh, the time I'm taking to get started my ground up rebuild, you could probably take another two years and still be in time for my build.
If and when they're available I'll be having one.

That's a lovely looking motor.
They do look well stripped down in the sun that's for sure.
I really need to source or have made one of those rails for inertia seat belts.
I think Rob was looking into getting them made but no word lately unless I've missed it.
I'm (NATO) green with envy.

Anyone?
Civvy and Lwt panels pressed the same?
If only the holes I might have a go at welding them up.
